SPD serves as Owners Representative for NYCEDC, in partnership with DBI Projects, overseeing the development and construction of a new state-of-the-art academic space to include new CUNY facilities, a new public high school, publicly accessible open space, and a new pedestrian bridge over the FDR Drive.
