The vision, strategic planning and development of a 45-acre, master-planned district across the street from Lambeau Field, home of NFL's Green Bay Packers. The project includes a hotel, brewery, 150,000 square feet of office space, 152 rental apartments, 35 townhomes and a park with athletic fields and recreational facilities.
