Willets Point

The development of a masterplan consisting of 4,000,000 square feet on a 23-acre parcel adjacent to Citi Field. The public-private partnership includes a 25,000-seat soccer stadium for the New York City Football Club, 2,500 units of affordable housing and a 250-key hotel.
